The content on this site, including benchmark results, is provided for information. Results on public datasets don't guarantee results on your data. That is what the parity check is for.

Engagements

Paid work is governed by a written agreement signed before work starts. It names the deliverables, the fee, the test set and margin used for the refund guarantee, and data handling. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins. In summary:

• Ownership. You own your data and the model weights we train for you. Base models remain under their open licences (for example Apache 2.0).
• Refund. If the final model doesn't meet the agreed margin on the agreed test set, the migration fee is refunded in full.
• Confidentiality. We keep your data and business information confidential and use it only for your engagement.
• Hosting. Hosted endpoints come with the service level stated in your agreement. You can export your model and leave at any time.

Liability

Except where the law doesn't allow it, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. You remain responsible for how you use model outputs in your product.
